Adventures in Modern Music

Château-vacant are a French-Canadian group of graphic artists that we’ve been fans of. Their sensitivity for hand-made sophisticated story telling has been very appealing to us. There’s a clear nod to the tradition of the drawing board, the applied arts, the moving image as craft. When the Empty Bottle gave us the opportunity to do the festival identity again for the Adventures in Modern Music Festival, we knew exactly who would make a good collaboration partner for a fantastic visual narrative. We’ll be posting the ads, postcards and t-shirts soon, so you can get a taste for the entire picture. We dream this would be a story book!
