This was a really awesome poster job commissioned by local choreographer and dancer, Ayako Kato. This performance paired live music and dance inspired by Ten Nights Dream, a novel written 100 years ago by Japanese author, Soseki Natsume. Viewers were invited to the world of furyu, (literally meaning wind flow) ‚ the beauty of being. Featured collaborators: Music, Jason Roebke (double bass), Brian Labycz (koto/electronics), Josh Berman (cornet). To see some of this production, take a look at this excerpt.
