Byobuoy: Workshop

Virginia Tech, School of Architecture & Design, Blacksburg, VA, April 6 – 8, 2017

In preparation for exhibition Byobuoy, we worked with group of undergraduate architecture students to produce a screen printed edition during our stay as visiting artists at Virginia Tech. Working adjacent to their open floor plan workspaces in a humble yet dedicated screen print shop, we showed up with a just a few film positives and took it from there. As a group, we navigated the design and printing process, creating a collective improvisation now frozen in time. The work was featured in our exhibition on campus.

A sum of experience with no paradoxes.
