Andrew Bird "Time is a Crooked Bow"

We've had the pleasure of working with Andrew Bird a few times over the years for some very special occasions—a poster for a performance at the Guggenheim and the title treatment and poster for the documentary Fever Year. Andrew's current tour, Time is a Crooked Bow, pairs the singer and multi-instrumentalist with orchestras across the United States. We are excited to return to the poster form to give this aural experience a visual shape. This upside-down world of ours could use a kick, and this exploratory print work does just that. Created over six printed layers, this hyperactive ethereal playground, conjures abstract expressionism, stomping clouds, and vitreous floaters. It's one our more expressive pieces to date.
