The Dream Canopy Starter Portfolio is a great way to start your Sonnenzimmer collection with an in depth chronicle of our studio practice. This limited edition portfolio includes original screen prints spanning from our 2006 Sonnenzimmer Opening Poster to contemporary Matrix Collages, documenting our exploratory studio practice.  

Dream Canopy is a unique initiative aiming to visualize the trellis of thought partners, fans, and collectors who have supported our studio over our 20 year history. A living document, we are actively seeking new listees, so considering joining today!

Includes the following:
 

• 1 x Sonnenzimmer Opening Poster 
  The screenprinted poster was produced on the occasion of our studio opening at our first location, at Damen Ave, in 2006. Original stock printed in limited quantities, we are releasing 8 Artist Proofs on the occasion of this portfolio.
   

• 1 x Stage Proof 
  A stage proof refers to a printed work pulled during the production of a print run, and left incomplete. In our case, these often act as unique, standalone images frozen in time, revealing nuances of our process. 
   

• 1  x Matrix Collage
  These unique mono-prints are created during the production of our printed works and feature various stencil matrices printed on top of one another to create unique images that are also one-of-a-kind objects. 
   

• 5 x Artist Proofs
  Long out of print selections from our vast collection of screenprinted posters and prints. These works were not included in the numbered edition, but kept for our personal records. We are releasing just a few of these coveted works for this unique portfolio series.
