Sunraiser Manual
Sunraiser Manual is an 86 page, step-by-step guide shedding light on the development and initial implementation of the alternative fundraising model called Sunraising with detailed tips to run your own. Sunraising cycles capital back into the community through an experimental work exchange. We like to say, “Fundraising is a straight line. Sunraising is a circle.”
Using the familiar crowdfunding concept, Sunraiser supporters donate funds in exchange for campaign perks. Then, all the capital raised is given back through in-kind labor offered by the recipient of the funds to a community-focused business or nonprofit.
Sturdied by contributions from Mike Renaud (Varyer) and Jon Satrom from netizen.org, our Sunraising work exchange partners, the publication is a step-by-step guide and case study all in one.
