Topologies: Sun Beams and Chatter

Topologies is series of unique monoprints. They represent an emerging print practice, free from strict reproduction. The 24 x36 inches works each mix screen printing, relief, water-based heat transfer inks, and hand painting. These are the most expressive works we’ve made in some time, riding the line between image and object.
 
Monoprinting continues to be an important part of our practice, where the systematic parts of print mostly evaporate. Instead, we’re left with the residue of ideas and a coxial morphology, where iteration isn't repetition, it's an endless endpoint.
