Object as Image
Minneapolis College of Art and Design, January 18 – March 3, 2013
This exhibition marked a major step away from commissioned print work and towards gallery exhibits. While our print work and publications work were major components of the show, the bedrocks of the exhibition was a series of paintings titled Moraine, our first foray into textiles, a sound installation, and a sight specific image reproduction experiment. Our more graphic works were showcased as “stations” throughout the gallery. Four publications, A Painting in Thirty One Marks, Field Integration, Formal Additive Programs, and Free Jazz Bitmaps Vol. 1 were each featured, as well as a selection of posters, prints, and original art used in their production
